A former bakery from the period, this family based in Old Nice has been able to breathe new life into this now emblematic place, and is at the origin of the specialties and traditional recipes that you can still taste and enjoy today.

From 1867

A vintage oven

This oven, still in use today, was used to bake bread in 1867.
It continues to play its finest role by receiving authentic socca plates and other specialties cooked over a wood fire.
